My contributionDesignOps framework aimed to support the governance and optimizing the day-to-day operation of the team to amplify the value and impact of the design team. A descentralized initiative including the team as part of the operations routine.Â
- Expansion of the design team and expertises (multidisciplinary team with 10 to 15 people - Research, UX, UI, Visual, Product, Service)
- Demand to scale the design deliverables
- Manage different types of clients and project scopes (weekly, montly and yearly)
